From the article: "Even by federal internal measures, information sharing remains a challenge, said Karen Evans, who occupied the position of federal chief information officer during most of the George W. Bush administration, while speaking Jan. 26 during a Washington, D.C. conference. Reading aloud from the appendix of the Information Sharing Environment's 2011 annual report (.pdf) to Congress, Evans noted that a number of agencies have yet to create interconnection plans for sensitive but unclassified or controlled unclassified information in order to support the ISE."  Read more
